I am the author of this blog, Evolving Deaf Leader.

I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a new company, Leveraging Your Voice, Inc.  A company that provides opportunities to maximize potential of marginalized leaders, bridging leaders to mainstream leadership, and to promote one’s voice.  Visit our website www.LeveragingYourVoice.com and our FaceBook Page Leveraging Your Voice, Inc.

I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Deaf Education, with a minor in Art Education, from Bowling Green State University, a Master of Arts in Counseling for the Deaf from Gallaudet University and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University.  I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Ohio, for over two decades.

As a result of my years of practice, I have an eclectic and extensive range of professional experiences.  I have expertise in areas including Leadership, System Advocacy, Human Services, Quality Assurance & Evaluation,  Prevention & Resiliency Enhancement, Interpreting, Non Profit Organization Management, Strategic Change, Program Development, Training, and Consultation.

My greatest passion is to build leadership confidence and knowledge to leverage their voice.

I believe in making a difference in our evolving leadership and the communities we serve.  I aim to uncover assets to create a catalyst to change through modeling personal resources, knowledge, experience and voice.
